Therefore, the glass surface must be treated to print. There are several methods of glass surface treatment:

Grease sensitive treatment, grease sensitive treatment is coated on the surface of the glass with various siloxane coupling agents to form grease sensitive groups to improve the affinity of the glass to the ink.

② Degreasing treatment, remove grease to improve wettability, clean degreasing with acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, or degreasing with dichloroethylene steam.

③ Strong acid treatment, through strong acid treatment, remove alkali ions to improve ink adhesion.

④ Physical treatment, mild sandblasting with fine powder abrasive or water grinding with water abrasive paper can remove surface attachments and improve ink affinity.
